2 mile warmup, then straight into 2x 3 miles at tempo pace with 3:00 rest. Didn't look at my watch too much and just went off feel. The first mile was a bit slow, but I'm ok with that because I was just warming up and easing into the pace. Felt good and strong, and was pleasantly surprised to see a few sub-6es in the second leg! Charged up the hill on Oakview on the way back to work too.
