Notes
Progression run. Started out in the rain, then it changed to snow halfway through. Not too cold though, so it wasn't terrible. Legs weren't feeling too spunky, and I even thought about bagging this after the third mile. They started to respond a little bit after that, though, so I kept at it. Fourth mile (6:32) was all uphill, and probably worth more like 6:20. Thought about digging deep to close hard the last mile but figured it wasn't a smart thing to do so just kept a good honest effort.
