Woof. Did a 10-mile progression, wanted to start at 7:30 and drop 10 seconds per mile. Got a little ahead of myself in the early miles running down towards the lake. Felt really good along the lake and had to back off the pace a few times. Then, I had to run up St. Paul St, while hitting 6:20 and 6:10 for those miles. That hurt. My 9th mile was a 5:59.9 and it was all out, so I stopped there and jogged the last mile+ back to work. Good workout.
