Trying my damnedest to feel like a runner again

This was a great step in that direction. While it's always demoralizing to see your running buddy leave you in the dust up any incline, it was nice to run with Kraig again, and to finally hit double digits! Left hip had some very minor discomfort, and I stopped to stretch at five miles, but it held on great.
