Finally got out and did a long run again! It was very dark and grey and cloudy, but warm and humid, which felt wonderful. Again, legs/hips/glutes felt tight at first, but warmed up fairly quickly. Left hip started to nag me a bit in the last mile; probably not used to running more than 30 minutes at a time. Felt pretty good otherwise though.
