Had to dodge the multitude of amphibians on the road today. Was debated Zwifting since it was downpouring and windy as heck earlier, but it turned out to be quite pleasant once I got changed.

Couldn't decide whether I wanted to do a tempo run or hills today, so I did both! For some reason, running up and down the hill on my road is fun and makes the miles go by quickly. I turned off auto-lap on my watch, so while I did glance at my current pace once or twice, this was mostly just run by feel. Glad to see it turned into a nice progression , too!

Also, coincidentally, Strava informed me that I did this exact same workout exactly two years ago as well. This year was faster, though, so I've got that going for me, which is nice.
