Ran with the one and only Ryan Burke after work. Kept it easy and went on the Elmer Nature trails, which slowed us down in the 4th mile. Picked it up in the last mile or so; we were running 6:40s for the last half mile, according to the GPS. Did four strides after. Went to the RKR meeting at Beer Market.
