Nice day for my last workout before Rehoboth Beach! Wore a short sleeve shirt but took it off a mile in. Felt good even on the warmup. 3 miles at MP went as expected; started out too fast, slowed down too much, took a little while to settle into a groove, but then felt very relaxed and smooth. Had to hold myself back on that last mile and still ran a 5:48. Granted, it is a pretty decent downhill so that's probably worth a 5:55 or so.
