Beautiful day for a run. Felt surprisingly good. Did somewhere between 6 and 10 strides on this run. Didn't wear a watch so I have no idea of paces but I felt like I was doing maybe 7:20-7:30 pace for most of this. I think someone said I looked like a character from the Fantastic Four on this run.
