Met Kraig at Swift's Landing park for a nice 16-miler. Almost immediately, the humidity got to him and we had to stop quite a few times in the first hour or so. FInally, after about ten miles, Kraig told me to go on ahead, so I ran to get the car and came back for him. Despite my legs being a bit tired, I actually felt fairly good on this run!
