Threshold Thursday

Two mile warmup (with three 20-second strides), then straight into four miles comfortably hard. Made sure not to try to hit a specific pace and just go by effort, and was pleased to see I ended up right around my goal pace of 6:20. Did another two miles to cooldown with five 20-second strides. Nice to be able to see the sky and breathe today!
