Well that was some good Type II fun
Ran from the dealership while the van was getting an oil change. Nabbed four new tiles, and also did 6x 3 minutes hard. Unfortunately, nobody told me that repeats two and three would be uphill. Number in particular was painful. The last three were lovely though, and I was running under 6:00 pace feeling almost comfortable, so I've got going for me, which is nice.
