Notes
Went out at 6:30 pace with Mark Saile. He took off on the downhill after mile 4 and I never saw him again. Used my tried and true method of easy first 4 miles then hammer the last 5. Had a good kick to pass a bunch of runners in the last half mile or so. Felt surprisingly good despite dancing like a fool all last night and having at least 6 drinks and waking up at 4am.
