Didn't really feel like running fast or hard today, but as I was going up Franklin Rd, I found myself pushing just a little bit. So I went with it and kept increasing the effort a tad each mile. Didn't get too carried away since my legs feel a wee heavy and I am going to do the 7k on Friday I think.
