Was supposed to run with Ryan but he had a 4pm meeting. Weather was supposed to be in the 40s and raining with a decent wind so I wasn't too thrilled about this run, but it actually wasn't bad. I felt surprisingly good, especially considering how sore my glutes were, and ended up running a pretty quick last mile just because it felt right.
