Whoo, nice blizzard conditions today. Was supposed to drive down to Ithaca for the last PGXC race, but opted to stay safe and not drive in this weather. Almost stopped three times in the first half mile because the top of my right foot hurt. But I stopped and re-tied my shoes a few times and that seemed to do the trick. Despite the cold, snow, and wind, this was a very enjoyable run. I was keeping a good pace throughout and did the last full 3 miles at MP which was challenging but felt good.
