AIM - MEP run for 8 miles
Actual: HRM not working so just ran at whatever pace seemed ok. As usual, started slowly & then pushed harder.
M1 9:19, M2 8:59,
M3-4 16:20 for 1.86 = 8:47 / mile
M5 7:56 for 0.97 = 8:17 / mile (seemed fairly fast)
M6 7:49 for 0.9 = 8:41 / mile
M7 10:22 for 1.07 = 9:41 / mile
M8 7:50 for 1 mile.
Summary: Worked in SAP range for most of this. I am really slow these days. Need some speedwork?
