AIM: Z1/2 5 min Int for 30 min - Compare 6/6/8
ACTUAL: I've been feeling off-colour & a bit achy for a few days. Decided to do this run to see if I'd get better or worse.
Anyhow, kept more-or-less to the zones.
After 30 min I did 3 mins z1 & then z3 from the lights.
Disappointingly slow,
Recovery approx 50 mins
