COURSE: Part of Turkey Trot course. Starting at proper start.

AIM: Easy run keeping HR around 155

ACTUAL: AvHR 160, but for long periods in 2nd half it was well above 160.

It felt tough. I think the reality is that this is as fast as I go over this route. So expect 8:40 pace for Turkey Trot

SUMMARY: About 30 secs slower than last time, but this is OK given the wind which was very strong!
