AIM: z2 40 mins
Seemed hard to get HR into z2. For much of the outbound half it was around 147-8. It went up to around 149-151 on the way back (a few uphill bits). Pushed hard for all of the last mile...so was actually in bottom of z3 (around 157) for much of it.
Splits: 7:27, 7:45, 3:57, 4:13, 7:42, 7:51.
