Comparison - 26/8/8 - 7:41 / mile - However, this course was hillier!
ACTUAL - Ran fast all the way but didn't feel too bad. Which is not to say I could have gone a lot faster - I didn't seem to be able to go faster over last 1/4 mile!
Was within about 38 secs of personal best for this route so not too bad! Getting back to peak fitness!
