Jogged very slowly to gate
Started run from gate
Legs seemed very tired & I seemed to be going quite slowly.
Struggling to get HR into z2 initially so ran the first 4 mins in z1. Ran the next 34 mins in z2.
MHR 157. Mostly 150+ on way back, mostly 147'ish out.
