Robin Hood 1/2 Marathon
AIM: 1:45:00 (Steady 8:00 min/mile)
Splits: 7M 57:57 (8:17 / mile), 9M 1:14 (8:19 / mile) Started speeding up at 9M mark!, 12M ( 7:53 / mile), 13.1 (7:50 /mile)
Felt fine until around 12M then started to feel a little tired.
Upset stomach afterwards. And a sore nipple. Don't forget to stick some bandage on nipples next time!
