AIM Z1/2 Inc Z2 Int (cf 3rd June 08)
More-or-less kept to the zones; a little high occ. e.g. z2 creeping into z3.
Running very slowly in order to keep to z2 max. Cheated by running last 1/4 mile fast (1:47) for MHR around 168,
Splits not taken but from what I recall they were: 8:32, 8:43, 17:12
Recovery (incl cool-down, making & eating breakfast) 37 mins approx.
(This doesn't compare well to 3/6/8 apart from the recovery time which is better!)
