AIM: Easy
Actual: M1 was easy - Z1, M2 slightly faster Z2, M3 similar Z2, M4 just into Z3 (avg around 156, max 158).
It didn't feel that easy, but HR was slightly lower than similar run yesterday.
Splits: 8:13, 7:58, 7:54, 8:20.
Disappointing that I'm about 1.5 mins behind a reasonable time. But just starting to feel I am recovering from a low-grade illness.
