AIM - Steady 9 min / mile
Actual - A bit slow for M1, so went faster M2. Tried to slow for M3 but still going too fast.
It always felt as though I was actually running, but also felt reasonably easy i.e. legs not tired (even going up Valley Rd).
Splits: 9:16, 7:57, 8:04, 8:31
