Ran fairly hard...HR 150-155 most of the way. Pushed on a bit from Melton Rd. lights (z3).
Splits...7:28, 7:46, 3:54 (19:08), ?? didn't take reading, ?? (12:10), 8:21 (20:31)
NB Quite a lot slower returning...1:23 slower over approx 2.52 miles.
Recovery not measured...guess approx 30 mins...
