AIM: Z1/2/3 4/4/2 for 40 mins
Hard going after hard day yesterday...(incl. a really hard Attack session)
Splits: 7:28, 7:50, 3:52, 4:42, 7:59, 8:27
Difficult to get into z3 during first part of run.
Seem to be going very fast during the z3 periods.
Had to walk for a minute after each z3 (as I was knackered) to get HR back to z1
Recovery (not measured accurately...including cool-down, shower, breakfast etc) approx 50 mins
