Notes

Very easy run - aim was to keep MHR <= 120. Didn't manage it. Tried to walk if > 120, but walking all the time...eventually settled for if > 130 walk until < 120.

Splits: 11:07, 10:51, 11:14, 14:06. (Seemed to have to walk most of the last mile. As soon as I started jogging HR > 130.
