Aim: z2 45 mins
Actually ran around top of z2 for most of the way...(153-157). Pushed on for most of the last mile...so HR in z3 (up to 162)...sprinted up Selby.
Legs felt a bit tired...especially left thigh...which was badly bruised at the gym last week!
In reality...this felt like a fairly hard run...but I didn't feel I had to really push myself through the pain barrier...so presumably could have gone a bit faster if I had the mental toughness!!!
