Crossdale 10K (Keyworth)
AIM: Run at an easy pace to get used to the idea of entering races. Take care not to twist ankle!
ACTUAL: Ran at a steady pace. It didn't hurt at at all until the end (steep uphill). Could have gone faster! However, main thing is to enjoy it
SUMMARY: Considering the terrain, & liklihood of twisting an ankle etc, I think the was a good run. However, AvHR a LOT higher than last time I did a 10k
