Legs feel tired (even after a day off!)
M1 Z1, M2 Z1-2, M3 Z2-4, M4 Z5.
Got bored half way through M3 & just jogged at a reasonable pace - approx 8 mm. Pushed a little harder on last mile.
Splits 10:15, 10:16, 9:24, 7:56
HR stayed high during cool-down & recovery took a LOT longer than normal.
Recovery to 64 bpm approx 2 hrs.
