AIM: Easy running with a couple of 1/2 mile Yassoo intervals.
ACTUAL: Felt reasonable so pushed a bit over last 1/4 mile too.
Need to work up gradually to doing at least 4 Yassoo intervals in (say) a 6 m run.
Aim for 3:35 - 3:40 pace
