AIM: Easy run @ 8 - 8:30 / mile
ACTUAL: Started easy, but then decided to try to go for the 8:00 / mile. This was a mistake. I need to do EASY runs to increase fat-burning and to avoid over-training.
SUMMARY: Reasonable running for first 4M - 31:45 - However, should have done an EASY run!!!! Stick to plan next time!!!!
