Notes
The duo recital was phenomenal with songs from around the world and from the ages. The party was great. We had so much food to feed an army. Of course the chocolate fountain was well visited.
Yesterday: Lucky me, I found a brand new dirt trail with a 3 mile loop very closed to my house. Since I had some extra time to run yesterday I ventured beyond my "regular" route. 12 miles with 6 miles on dirt trails...just the way I like it. Once on paved road again I did 6x1' striders.
