Tempo run. Started with a slow warm up then moving to 3 miles @8:53. It was hard for me to keep up the tempo at first, especially since there was no fan by the TM. But after a while it felt more comfortable and even added a 1/4 of a mile more at that tempo. I finished the workout with a slow 10 mile pace for 1.5 miles and 10.12 for one and a half mile as a cool down.
