10 miles for me today, including 6 x 1000m with 1 minute recovery. My legs were a bit stiff at the start, so I decided to warm up with a 3 slow miler, stretch and then started the intervals.
Target was 5:05, although the mud and spotty frozen snow played havoc with my pacing.
