Notes

So...2 miles slow w/u miles, some after stretch (see dAAve and I listening), I started my goal workout: 6x 1000m with one minute rest. Target time: 5:05.

This is what the splits looked like:

1x1000m@ 5:10, rest...enjoy the sun

1x1000m@ 5:05 getting used to the cold mud

1x1000m@ 5:00

1x1000m@ 5:15 a doggie came to check me out

1x1000m@ 5:03

1x1000m@ 5:00

Ran another 4 laps, then ran back home. Total miles: 9 miles.
