decent run tonight - brutal conditions - pouring rain and high winds
shitty start area with all the dressed up pirates and 2 quick turns before road -
ran most of first mile under 6 after losing quite a bit starting.
also we were running on wrong side coming back - had to cross the mob which was dicey
all and all pretty good - knees were fine but both calves feel ripped.
hopefully ok in morning.
