Notes

About 1 mile warmup, then six hill repeats, then 2 mile cool down. Took the first one way too fast, felt fairly strong until I started trying to run them on tiptoes. Will try to be more conscious of form the next few runs up hills (although I do run on tiptoe up the big hill in Wilde Lake). VERY tired after, and a bit stiff Wednesday morning.
