Notes

Tried to keep an easy 11:30 to 12:00 min pace, and it appears I succeeded! Fast mile was the spur that leads you to the lakefront. Felt good throughout, but last mile was cranky--feet hurt, but legs still had plenty in them. I feel very ready for Clyde's tomorrow!
