Paired 800s, 200 jog between reps and 400 jog between sets, 4 sets plus one extra rep. Started off around 3:19 per coach's stopwatch, bunch of 3:16s in the middle, couple 3:14s toward the end. My legs felt like they were gonna be trashed immediately after the fact (hence not going for a full 5th set) but feeling OK so far - just recovery miles planned for Thurs.
