Club track workout! I'm turrible at watch-stopping. 1200/800/400 x2; I don't remember all the interval times, I know the first 1200 was 5:25, first 400 was 99, second 1200 was right on, last 400 was 95 (my fastest 400 ever and it was a cakewalk!). I may have been a couple seconds off on the 800s too, I can't remember.
