Pre-period slogfest. Effort through the roof. Two short cycles in a row now - going to bump up the calories, ease into taper a bit early, try to get in one more 20+ but prob will shift it to next Monday to give myself a bit more recovery. Baystate is now slated to be the day before my next period if the shortened trend continues, so need to take recovery super seriously so I can get my cycle back to normal and give myself half a shot at a good race.
