Switchblade tempo - target 3 sets of 1 mi 7:10/1 mi 6:50. GPS cheated me out of a few seconds on the fast mile of the second set (6:46 pace until the last 0.04, when I went under tree cover and watched the pace tick up to 6:50 even with a little boost in effort). Side stitch hit during the last workout mile - pace tanked and then I angry-sprinted the last ~0.2.
