Notes

8x5 min tempo/1 min easy, 2 minute pee break, 4 min-3 min-2 min hard with 1 min easy in between, 1x45s sprint/15s recover - one recovery ended up being 25s and another 20s, too hard to pay attention when recovery is that short! Measured HR at ~150 after 6th tempo interval, 174 at the end of the sprints.
