3 loop Tempo Tuesday with the club - I didn't get totally dropped, aww yeah! Would have hung right on with the pack if I'd stopped at 5 miles with them, but alas marathon training is a long and lonely grind and I had to leave some reserves in the tank for the last loop alone.
