7 miles at GHMP - got legitimately angry after the first two slow miles during the flat part of my route, guess that was what I needed to hit pace. 8:22ish average overall, 8:18 for the last 5. Big hill (relatively speaking) at the end of HMP mile 5/recovery from said hill at the beginning of HMP mile 6.
