Didn't want to just jog, didn't want to hammer a workout - progression it is! Goal was 3@8, 3@7:40, 3@7:20 and hopefully it would all feel pretty relaxed. Last prog mile got a little tough but mostly because I didn't bring any water and was dying for a drink at that point. Chugged some watered down Gatorade, changed into NB880s to jog an easy mile.
