3x1T - originally had plans to do something like mile T/mile MP but that was a dumb idea on a summer day (not SUPER hot - 75F/66F - but def warm/humid/sunny enough to impact tempo work for me). Gave myself a little extra time between 1 and 2 because I started off the recovery trying to stick to somewhere near MP, then a 2 min jog between 2 and 3 was plenty. Would probably dial back pace a bit and stick to 60-90s recovery next time.
